Credit Terms.
Credits are how you pay for what your sprites actually do. The full document is being written.
/// What we think it might say
Credits are prepaid units.
A credit is what you spend when a sprite does work: a model call, a tool call, or a sandbox second. You buy them in packs and your balance ticks down as your sprites run.
They expire one year after purchase.
Unused credits expire 12 months after you buy them. Promotional or alpha-grant credits may carry a shorter clock, and that clock is shown on the pack at the time of grant.
They are non-refundable, and they stack.
Once purchased, credits do not convert back to cash. Multiple purchases stack into one balance; the oldest credits get spent first so nothing expires that did not need to.
We will not silently drain you.
You set a monthly spend cap and an optional auto-top-up rule. If a sprite would push you over the cap we pause it and ask.
Unit prices can change.
Model and tool unit prices may move as upstream providers change theirs. We will give clear notice in product before any change takes effect.
